This French violin made by Nicolas Vissenaire in Lyon 1847.
This Vissenaire often called Vissenaire " Pere'". French word of father. His son Louis Nicolas Vissenaire and Louis Vissenaire are as well violin makers and called ' Fils" french word of sons.
This particular example of the maker is superb condition despite the age made. This violin made in the style of typical of early 19th century good French violin with rather wide model. This wide and rather flatter model gives very powerful and penetoration sound. 
The charm of this vioiin is not only the sound and the condition. The beauty of the violin itself.  Very beautiful tiger flamed back with orange transparent vernish.
This violin will be sold with the certificate of autenthity from J.J. Rampal who is the expert of French violins.
