A good German cello of late 19th century.
This cello is made in typical or late 19th century Mittenwald style. Rather flat arching and quite dark red vernish. These caractoristic can see also in the instrument of Neuner and Hornsteiner. This intruments is cearly made in good craftmanship with very clean F hole cuts and precise purfllings.
Unfortunately this cello had a majour restoration in past so quite devaluated, Same time this cello became really affordable for this superior quality normally costs more than 10000 Euro.

This cello has deep open sound and easy to play. A good instruments for an advanced amature players and conservatory students.
